The answer is - just about everyone!

It's true - the English language has become the global language for business, commerce and education. To those ends, many countries teach English in their public and private schools.  Additionally, private companies and entrepreneurs all over the globe have recognized that teaching English is a very profitable enterprise. 

The keys to becoming fluent in English (and any second language) are:

• Motivation - You have to want to learn all aspects of the language.
• Dedication - You have to work at it - regularly.
